Outside open property, outdoor solar heating swimming pool diameter, fireplace with seating, garden furniture. Parking by the cottage, pets are allowed after an agreement. WIFI internet connection. Ski or bike storage. There are steep stairs to the attic room (3. bedroom).

Nearest public swimming pool in Jablonec nad Jizerou 4 km, aquapark and fun centre Babylon in Liberec 40 km (tobogans, whirlpool tub, massage, underwater music and lights, steam spa, sauna, fitness, solarium, children amusement park with climbing wall and lasergame, restaurant), sport area in Desna 10 km (football and volleyball playground, bike rental, tennis courts). Nearest ski area with all ski services - Snowboarpark Rejdice and Paseky nad Jizerou 1 km (5 ski slopes, night skiing, man made snow, ski rental), kids ski tow by the cottage.

In the high season, stays are at least weekly (Sat-Sat). The dates of the main season for the year 2024/2025:
