| Equipment | Fully equipped kitchen (glass – ceramic stove with hot-flue oven, koffemaker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle) with a bar in a large living room with a cockle, TV+SAT, 4 bedrooms (4/4) – 2 of them with its own bathroom (shower + WC), 1x single bathroom with a shower + WC. Heating is combined (electricity + solid fuel), sauna, table tennis, darts, outdoor pool with a stairs – filling water come from overground springs. Open property, fireplace + sitting, garden furniture, garden grill (smoking-chamber, grill on marble desc), shelted sun deck, open terrace with sitting, kids sand-pit, swing. Parking possible right by the object – if there is snow 900 m away! (owner can provide transfer of a luggage as well as persons on a snow scooter – for a fee). Pets for a fee. One‘s own bedsheets necessary or for a fee. Final cleaning for a fee. In the surroundings of the cottage are farm animals (horses, sheeps) at electric fencing. |
| Vacation | Swimming in pool by the cottage, bathing in creek below the cottage, outdoor and indoor swimming pool in Jilemnice 10 km, fish pond 1,5 km, horse back riding 200 m, there is livestock in electric fenced property near the cottage (horses, sheeps), bobsleight runway in Spindleruv Mlyn and Harrachov. Nearest ski lift 50 m (man made snow, night skiing, ski school, snowtube), one of the modernest ski resorts in country Aldrov (high-speed, four-seat funicular – President’s express) 1 km, Misecky 2 km, cross country ski trails in surroundings. Beautiful hiking and biking in Giant Mountains: Spindleruv Mlyn, Elbe riverhead, Labsky and Pancavsky waterfalls, Snezka (1602 m elevation above sea level). Sights: Bozkov dolomit cave, Jizerske mountains, Czech paradise, aquapark in Liberec, visits of Poland. |
