Fenced yard, covered patio with fireplace and sitting area, granite slab barbecue, garden furniture. Parking facility, pets allowed for a fee. In winter snow chains. Cottage has no potable water, drinking water from wells 5 m from the cottage (in the washing lavoro, outdoor solar shower). Gas lighting and kerosene lamp. Steep stairs to the attic!
