Large equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, 2x fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, 2x microwave oven, large freezer) with bar, fireplace and sitting for 20 persons, 5 bedrooms (2/6, 1/4, 2/2) – 2 of double bedrooms are separated by a curtain and 2 living room - each with sitting area with 2 extra beds and stairs into a large studio with 3 beds - each bedroom has its own social facilities (bathroom with shower and toilet) and TV + SAT, 2x separate WC, combined heating (electric heaters + stoves), ski room, wellness room with swimming pool SPA for 4-5 persons - infrared sauna for 4 persons - 2 x steam shower bath and relaxation room with sitting, loungers and games (table tennis, table football, children billiards, LCD TV, home cinema) - all in agreement with the owner. Outdoor pool 4.6 meters diameter electrically heated, open property, garden furniture, fireplace with sitting area, outdoor roofed sitting area with fireplace. Parking by the object, pets not allowed. The interior is all wood! The object no smoking.

In the surroundings beautiful hiking and biking along a well-marked routes in protected landscape Kysuce and Javorniky. Collecting berries and mushrooms in the surrounding woods. Trips to the surroundings: Velka Raca, Kycera, water reservoir Nová Bystrica, hiking in Javorniky and Mala Fatra (Terchová, Velka Krivan, Velky and Maly Rozsutec), thermal swimming pools in Rajec and Rajecke Teplice, castle Strecno, water reservoir Hricov, trips to Poland . Surrounding cities: Cadca, Turzovka, Krasno nad Kysucou, Bytca, Zilina.
